Elections

Elections for Board member seats take place in January of each year. Half of the Board seats are up for election each year. The term for each seat on the Board is for 2 years. The President is allowed to place Interim candidates, in the event of vacancies on the Board.

Even numbered years the following positions are re-elected: President, Secretary, Special Projects Director, and Communications Director.

Odd numbered years the following positions are re-elected: Vice President, Treasurer, Membership Coordinator, and Webmaster.

Feb 2025 Elections - Submit your name if you are interested in a position on the board :

- Vice president : Conducting the quarterly meetings, obtaining and scheduling speakers.
- Treasurer: Maintaining bank account and financial records, collecting and depositing dues, maintaining member addresses and disbursing funds.
- Membership Coordinator: Maintain centralized membership list. Organize and respond to rsvps for events. Manage surveys.
- Webmaster: Administers website and coordinates content updates with Communication Director and other board members.
