Sponsor TCOUG

TCOUG offers the following sponsorship opportunities and benefits:

Exclusive sponsorship: $2,000

• Gives sponsor exclusive meeting rights so no other sponsors may be present.
• Includes 2 tables to market services in preferred location at meeting.
• Sponsor name/logo is front and center on agenda. Agenda with name/logo is posted on TCOUG website (until next meeting posting) and sent in email to members.
• Sponsor given 5-10 minute slot on agenda to introduce services/company to members (Full session marketing presentations are not allowed).
• Approved presentations of a non-marketing nature are given preferred time-slot on the agenda.

Premier sponsorship: $1,000

• Includes 2 tables to market services in preferred location at meeting.
• Sponsor name/logo is front and center on agenda that is posted on TCOUG website (until next meeting posting) and sent to members.
• Sponsor given 5-10 minute slot on agenda to introduce services/company to members (Full session marketing presentations are not allowed).
• Approved presentations of a non-marketing nature are given preferred time-slot on the agenda.

General sponsorship: $500

• Includes 1 table to market services in a location not preferred by premier sponsor.
• Approved presentations of a non-marketing nature are given secondary time-slot on the agenda.

TCOUG reserves the right to alter our sponsorship cost structure and benefits to coincide with industry trends.

TCOUG member privacy is protected. Member lists are not provided. Sponsor may collect business cards etc. or offer drawings where members provide names voluntarily.

Sponsors may submit presentation abstracts of a non-marketing nature for consideration and/or approval to be added to the agenda.
